According to Eastern philosophy, nutrition goes beyond vitamins, minerals, fiber, or calories. Foods have actual properties. My new audiobook guides you in choosing the best foods to balance your unique constitution. Is your weight gain from dampness? Is your pain from heat? Is your digestive ailment from stuck energy? The right foods can help. Discover your yin/yang pattern, then learn the specific foods, cooking techniques, and activities to restore your health. All this is in my new Audible book, fully updated from the print version: Live in the Balance, The Ground Breaking East-West Nutrition Program.
