  1. With my D3 level so low, 16, I’ve been throwing various D3 supplements down my throat like crazy. But I did not know about the K2, so thanks for helping me avoid a different kind of problem!

    • All 3 fat-soluble nutrients work together – so that means vitamins D and K, but vitamin A too. Foods like egg yolks and liver have vitamins A and K. Pastured butter is rich in A, so be sure to butter up! Your D was low, glad you caught it. Keep monitoring.
