I used to tell my clients that the worst thing they could possibly eat was trans fat, man-made oils found in margarine and many processed foods. But trans foods pale in comparison to the diseases associated with GMOs, also prevalent in processed foods. And you’d never know you are eating them as they don’t have to be labeled.

Doctors and drugs are considered the third leading caused of death in this country, according to the American Medical Association.

One of the joys of my work is seeing someone get off a drug, whether it is an anti-depressant, insulin or antacids. Not only does one’s physical health improve, but so does his or her energy, mood and zest for life.
