This blog will share stores, studies and tips on choosing and finding real food to overcome health issues, overweight and to get off harmful drugs.
After living among a variety of cultures and studying food and health worldwide, I have learned much of what we read about foods and health is untrue: Salad and raw foods can wreak digestive system havoc for some. Low-fat eating is associated with weight gain, increased risk of type 2 diabetes, allergies and asthma. Lowering cholesterol is associated with increased risk of cancer, depression and Alzheimer’s disease.
This blog will expose the most blatent and potentially harmful nutrition recommendations. It will cover proper and effective use of supplements, dangerous vs. safe foods, dieting, cooking techniques, using food and supplements to heal, and where to find real food.
