How to Catch a Cold

You are three times more likely to catch a cold if you sleep less than 7 hours a night (not to mention 50% more likely to become obese), says a new study. Carnegie Mellon University researchers studied 153 volunteers locked in a hotel room with a cold virus. Those who failed to get at least 7 hours sleep had more sore throats, runny noses and congested heads than those more rested.
