    My opinion is the only way the cholesterol could be dangerous is if it was cooked too much. Ideally yolk should be runny. The yolks might even offset the unhealthy choices.

    And, emphasis on unhealthy diet of SUGAR! Certainly if there was a study comparing sugar or white flour and eggs, eggs would be the health food.

  2. Linda, I agree. If you are eating eggs along with an unhealthy diet of high fat, fried foods, sugar, salt, etc, then perhaps the cholesterol from eggs in combination could be dangerous. However, take away the toxic foods/substances, and the eggs become a health benefit rather than a risk.
